Native Matrix compilation

milos

Hello,

when I try to build ATLAS when I issue

../configure -Fa alg -fPIC

I get the following error (only first lines)

../configure -Fa alg -fPIC
gcc -I/tmp/nni/ATLAS/Linux_ATHLONSSE1/..//CONFIG/include  -g -w -c
/tmp/nni/ATLAS/Linux_ATHLONSSE1/..//CONFIG/src/atlconf_misc.c
In file included from
/tmp/nni/ATLAS/Linux_ATHLONSSE1/..//CONFIG/src/atlconf_misc.c:30:

string.h: No such file or directory
/tmp/nni/ATLAS/Linux_ATHLONSSE1/..//CONFIG/include/atlconf.h:7:20: error:
assert.h: No such file or directory

So what is going on with stdio.h and other files?
